​Payment & Sales
​Payment Types: We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
​Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales tax will be added to all purchases unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided before checkout.
​All Sales Final: Every item is sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with all faults and defects. There are no refunds, exchanges, returns, or warranties—express or implied. Please inspect items thoroughly before bidding.

​Bidding & Buying
​Absentee Bids: We accept absentee bids prior to the auction at our discretion. A valid credit card must be placed on file to secure your bid, and successful bids will be billed immediately following the sale.
Answering Questions: We do our best to provide accurate info and describe items correctly, but statements made by staff or written on tags are for reference only. Buyer verification is key.
​Ownership Transfer: Once an item is marked "sold" or paid for, it becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after purchase.

​Removal & Loading
​Item Removal: All purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale or auction day unless specific pickup arrangements have been made with staff.
​Bring Your Own Help: Please bring your own boxes, packing materials, and help for loading heavy or bulky items. Our staff is focused on managing the sale and may not be available to lift heavy furniture.

​Safety & General Rules
​Enter at Your Own Risk: We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or personal property loss on or around the sale premises. Please watch your step and be mindful of uneven surfaces, stairs, and crowded spaces.

​Children & Pets: Children must remain with an adult at all times. Service animals are welcome, but general pet policy depends on the specific property location.
​Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse entry, sales, or service to anyone displaying disruptive or unsafe behavior.
