Safety & Security
• Enter the premises at your own risk. Blue tape marks uneven surfaces and inaccessible rooms.
• Please bring help for large/heavy items. Staff does not assist with removing or transporting items from the house. We can refer you to a fantastic moving company for delivery.
● Stealing is a crime. You will be prosecuted if caught shoplifting.

LOCATION: The address will be released one hour prior to start time on the first sale day. The nearest major intersection is Spout Springs Rd & Friendship Rd in Flowery Branch. You are welcome to park there to wait for the address to be released on the first morning of the sale.

PARKING: You will park on the property. Please observe signs and cones for guidance and be courteous to other shoppers by leaving space for them to park and avoiding blocking them in.

Day 1 RAFFLE: Upon arrival, you will find a sign-in sheet outside the home (posted 1 hour prior to sale start time). Please sign in to reserve your place in line. You are welcome to leave after signing in; please return at least 15 minutes prior to the sale start time to participate in the raffle.
