For large or heavy machinery, forklift assistance may be available for loading onto flatbeds for an additional fee (must be arranged in advance).
The shop is full and contains heavy equipment—please use caution when entering and moving throughout the property.
All loading and removal of items are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damage to persons, vehicles, or equipment during the removal or loading process.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued due to failure to pick up items.
Additional time may be arranged for pickup of large machinery if needed; however, ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY BY APRIL 3, 2026.
