Welcome to our estate sale. By entering and participating in this sale, you agree to the following terms:
1. Entry & Liability
All sales are conducted on private property. Entry is at your own risk.
Next Level Estate Sales and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss.
2. Sales Policy
All items are sold “AS IS” and “WHERE IS.”
No warranties, guarantees, or returns. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.
All sales are final once completed.
3. Pricing & Offers
Prices are as marked.
Reasonable offers may be considered at the discretion of the sale staff.
We reserve the right to refuse service or negotiate pricing at any time.
4. Payment
Accepted forms of payment: Cash, credit/debit card (with valid ID), and other methods as posted at checkout.
Sales tax will be collected as required by law.
5. Holds & Pick-Ups
Items may be held for a limited time with full payment.
Purchased items must be removed from the premises by the end of the sale, unless special arrangements are made.
Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting their own items. Staff is not required to assist with heavy lifting.
6. Conduct
No large bags, backpacks, or strollers permitted inside.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Please respect the property and do not enter blocked or restricted areas.
7. Removal of Items
Once items are paid for, they must be tagged and removed properly.
Any abandoned or uncollected items after the agreed pick-up time may be forfeited without refund.
8. Discretionary Rights
Next Level Estate Sales reserves the right to adjust pricing, remove items from the sale, or deny entry at any time.
Bidding, negotiations, or special sales may be implemented at management’s discretion.
9. Enter home, property and dock at own risk. By entering the property you acknowledge that you are aware of the dangers and you are assuming the risk of personal injury that may occur regardless of whether it is the result of Homeowner and/or Next Level Estate sales.
