This lovely home is filled with antiques and collectibles. Mrs. Clemens and her mother in law were talented china painters. We have an extensive collection of hand painted china dating back to the 1970's. A closet full of china blanks are also available.
Mr. Clemens was a Veteran, a firefighter, and a jack of all trades. He left behind an EXTENSIVE collection of firefighter collectibles, diecast cars, war time collectibles from Germany and Japan that were sent home to his mother, as well as a shop with many useful items. He also was collecting parts to restore an old John Deere tractor, so we available the tractor, and all parts, and another small Economy Tractor which needs work but was running when parked. HIs father loved trains. We offer many boxes of train sets, tracks, and accessories.
The family loved holidays, so there is a huge collection of Christmas decor, Thanksgiving and Fall decor, and lots of Easter decor. Crystal, china, stemware, linens, vintage toys, purses, shoes, vintage clothing, quilts, bathroom accessories, craft items and exquisite lamps, pictures and artwork, and much more fill the home, shop and covered porch of this large property.
Antique and vintage furniture includes rocking chairs, dining table, recliners, sofa, side tables, two queen bedroom sets, beautifully restored armoire, desk, hall tree cabinets, china cabinet, office furniture, triple bookshelf, and more.
A Mathushek grand piano graces the living room, and a console piano is available as well. We have an early 1900's German "bim bam" clock...needs a little work in the time setting but has a beautiful tone and is in good condition for its age.
