There are No Refunds and No Returns Please understand and check your items. -We do not plug every item in nor start every item, it is your responsibility to check your items for breaks, cracks, etc. Also, we are unable to research every item in the home, therefore we may be unaware of any recalls or safety issues on items being sold. **This sale WILL NOT ALLOW personal or shopping bags into the store at this time, we will provide baskets or clear bags at the front for shopping.

We have the privilege to host this historic Griffin estate filled with many treasures! The home is filled with beautiful antique furniture, china, crystal, Antique ceramics from Royal Doulton, Fitz and Floyd, Capodimonte, and many more. Beautiful Artwork throughout the entire home, including many Original oil paintings. Amazing Grand father Clock, and a Seth Thomas Mantle Clock. TONS of costume jewelry! A HUGE collection of Railroad lanterns and locks, number date nails, Spittoons and more. Many Sterling rings with beautiful Gemstones and CZ. 14k and 18k jewelry are also going to be available! Different patterns of Sterling flatware will also be available and sold individually as well as a few different larger Sterling serving pieces. Deep roots GA family with lots of local history ephemera and books still to go thru in the next few days! This is going to be a very quick turn around sell but definite one not to miss, stay tuned for more updates and pictures over the next couple of days.

please follow parking signs, no parking on the Main Street in front of the house. There will be parking available in the small lot beside the driveway of the home and directly across the street on the side street - FORREST AVENUE.
