You are STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. Some items have been used and transported so many have dings or damage. Some items have been adjusted for screen use. TERMS: All items must be paid in full with a cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer. Major credit cards are accepted on any invoices under $2500; all invoices over that amount must be paid by wire transfer or cash. Cash payments over 10k must be accompanied by Form 8300.
Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment by card, for invoices totaling less than $2500, can be made using the link on the invoice.
REMOVAL:
Once full payment has been received, removal can begin.
ADDITIONAL REMOVAL TIME: Any pickups that are delayed beyond the 3rd day after auction close, due to any extenuating circumstances, will incur additional fees. That cost will start at $25 per day, per pallet rack bay section of space required to house items awaiting pickup. Please note: Items left over 30 days will be considered abandoned and will be resold – buyer will receive any balance due over storage fees and commission
LEGAL CONTRACT – Your participation in our auction is your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions presented here. Your failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions may constitute a breach of contract and may cause irreparable harm to BidSells and/or our client. In this event, we and/or our client(s) may attempt to recover any financial or other damages by pursuing any action afforded by law.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax( 8%) will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax-exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.
