All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
We reserve the right to limit the number of customers inside the premises at any given time to ensure a safe and orderly shopping experience.

All Sales Final:
All items are sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" with no warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind, express or implied.
There will be no returns, exchanges, refunds, or adjustments once an item is purchased.
Please carefully inspect items before purchasing, as you will be responsible for your choices.

Payment:
We accept cash, credit cards, local checks upon our discretion, or other forms of payment as specified on the day of the sale.
All purchases are subject to applicable taxes, unless a valid tax-exemption certificate is provided in which you will need to bring a copy of when you come.

Item Removal:
All purchases must be removed from the premises by the end of the sale unless other arrangements are made with Prestige Auctions LLC.
Buyers are solely responsible for the removal, packing, loading, and transportation of their purchased items.
Prestige Auctions LLC and the estate owner are not liable for any damage to items incurred during the removal process.

Liability and Safety:
The estate sale premises may contain uneven floors, staircases, and other hazards. Attendees enter at their own risk and must exercise caution at all times. Prestige Auctions LLC and the estate owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property during the estate sale.

Conduct:
Respectful and courteous behavior is expected from all attendees.
Any disruptive, aggressive, or harmful behavior towards staff, other customers, or the estate owner will not be tolerated, and those individuals may be asked to leave.

Pricing and Information:
While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and pricing, Prestige Auctions LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of information regarding items at the sale. In the event of an error in pricing or description, Prestige Auctions LLC reserves the right to correct it and adjust the sale accordingly.

Security Measures:
Security personnel or surveillance cameras may be in place to ensure the safety and security of all attendees and the estate sale items.

Right to Refuse Service:
Prestige Auctions LLC reserves the right to refuse service or sale to anyone for any reason.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Prestige Auctions LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
