“GET RID OF IT!” This is a family-run, non-professional sale in Lawrenceville this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. It is a CASH ONLY SALE. Exact address to be published on Wednesday.
HOURS: Thursday, noon-5; Friday 10-5; Saturday 10-4. RAIN or SHINE. NO EARLY BIRDS. NO PRE-SALES. BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE TO LOAD. CASH ONLY, CASH ONLY, CASH ONLY.
Parking is limited on cul-de-sac so PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE of the neighbors and do not block driveways or mailboxes.
There is no wheelchair access. Enter through garage which is 30 yards from the street. NO PETS, NO STROLLERS allowed.
Leave backpacks and large handbags in your vehicles. Some areas of the home will be cordoned off to the public, and some items may be tagged NFS…Not For Sale.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE HOUSE BY SATURDAY AFTERNOON, 4pm. If you cannot meet that deadline, do not make the purchase.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD IN “AS IS” CONDITION.
The family reserves the right to deny service to anyone who is disruptive or mean-spirited.
Items can be “HELD” for a maximum of 30 minutes during a shopping
session. After 30 minutes the items will be available for other shoppers to
purchase. Items cannot be held overnight.
