Accepted Payment Methods: Cash and Venmo only.
Enter at Your Own Risk. Neither AESA nor the property owner is responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage that may occur while on the premises.
Moving Large Items: If you plan to purchase furniture or other large items, please bring your own tools and help to disassemble, move, and load them. AESA staff will not be able to assist with moving or lifting items.
Crowd Control: We may limit the number of people inside the home at one time based on the space and layout of the property.
Waitlist Policy: Numbers will be given out starting at 9AM on the first day. All other days are first come, first serve.
Pricing: Prices may be adjusted at our discretion at any time during the sale.
Respect the Property: Please be mindful when walking through the space, especially around fragile or breakable items.

Join us for a three-day estate sale in Lilburn, GA. This home belonged to a well-traveled German woman whose life experiences are reflected in a wide range of personal collections and practical items.
The sale includes an assortment of vintage furniture, antiques, paintings, coins, stamps, Asian art, tools, arrowheads, cameras, video equipment, and an ATV. There’s something for everyone—whether you're a collector, a reseller, or simply hunting for unique or useful pieces.
Sale Information:
- Location: Lilburn, GA (Exact address posted 24 hours before the sale)
- Dates: May 8-10
- Time: 10AM to 3PM every day of sale
Schedule:
- Day 1: Numbers handed out at 9:00 AM. Sale opens at 10:00 AM
- Day 2: All items 50% off
- Day 3: All remaining items 75% off
Important Notes:
Payment in Cash and Venmo only
You must bring your own help and tools to move large or heavy items. Staff will not be available to assist with loading.
Entry may be limited based on the size of the home.
No holds or price quotes will be given in advance.
Early arrival is encouraged. Numbers will be given out starting at 9AM.
