Massive Estate Sale in Rome, GA

House is located on a main street that does not allow parking. Parking is available on cross streets or at public park which is located next to the house. There is a one lane road behind the house for loading after you are done shoppping.

We accept Cash, Credit Cards and Debit Cards. There is a 3% convenience fee for all card purchases. We do not accept checks.
Unless otherwise noted, there will not be assistance in moving or transporting large/heavy items. Please bring a truck and help with you.
All items are sold "as is". No refunds or returns will be accpeted. Please test all items prior to purchasing.
We may limit the amount of shoppers inside the home at any given time. First come, first served.
All items must be picked up prior to the end of the estate sale. We will "hold" an item only if it has been paid for.
