Please bring your own bags, boxes, packing materials, and supplies. Shopping bags and boxes may not be provided.

Bring help and a dolly for large or heavy items. Bolingbroke Estate Sales Team employees are unable to load, move, transport, or deliver purchases. We are an estate sales company and appreciate your understanding.

All purchased items must be removed by the designated pickup deadline or by the close of the sale unless other arrangements have been approved.

Due to limited space inside the home, no large purses, backpacks, oversized bags, or similar items will be permitted. Small crossbody purses, wallets, keys, and phones are welcome. This helps protect both the merchandise and the home.

Please shop carefully. If an item is broken or damaged by a shopper, the shopper may be responsible for purchasing that item.

Security cameras may be in use throughout the property. Suspected theft will be reported to law enforcement.

Law enforcement will be present at this sale.

No animals are permitted inside the home except trained service animals as required by law.

Please be respectful of the neighborhood. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, or roadways. Follow all posted parking instructions and directions from sale staff or law enforcement.

Entry may be limited due to space. Numbers may be issued and honored for entry, and shoppers may be admitted in groups as space becomes available.

Bolingbroke Estate Sales Team is honored to present an exceptional four-day Living Estate / Downsizing Sale in historic Shirley Hills, Thursday through Sunday, October 1–4.

This remarkable 1937 residence was designed by noted Macon architect Ella Mae Ellis League and is described in the property history as one of her finest architectural creations. Located in the prestigious Shirley Hills neighborhood, the home has been extensively renovated while preserving its historic character and architectural details.

The current owners have thoughtfully updated the property throughout, including an expanded kitchen, renovated bathrooms, porch addition, completely renovated cottage, new driveway, slate roof, garage improvements, extensive landscaping and a distinctive stone bridge entrance.

Inside, shoppers will find an equally impressive collection of furnishings, artwork, rugs, decorative accessories, antiques, lighting, furniture and household pieces gathered over many years. From the elegant formal rooms and sweeping staircase to the beautifully appointed bedrooms and charming guest cottage, this is a truly special setting for a four-day estate sale.

Due to the size of the home and anticipated attendance, the number of shoppers allowed inside at one time will be limited.

Numbers will be distributed for entry. The line will begin outside in the brick courtyard, and shoppers will be admitted in numerical order as space becomes available.

Law enforcement will be on site to assist with security, traffic and parking. Please follow all parking directions and be respectful of the home, grounds and surrounding neighborhood.
