We are pleased to present this pristine home filled with furnishings, artwork, decor, seasonal items, yard tools, and flower pots for you to shop. Please bring help to load large items, items may be held for designated pickup days and times ONLY if paid in full, there will be no unpaid holds.

Cash is preferred but card is accepted with a 3% transaction fee.
Tax will be added at checkout.
NO personal checks will be accepted.

By entering the premises of this estate sale, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
All persons enter at their own risk and discretion. The Gilded Pine, its owners, employees, representatives, and the property owners shall not be held responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, illness, loss, theft, or damage to persons or personal property while attending the sale or while on the premises.
Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and for the safety of any children in their care. Children must remain supervised at all times.
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be given for any reason. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.
The Gilded Pine reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone for disruptive or unsafe behavior.
