• Please bring help for large/heavy items. Staff does not assist with removing or transporting items from the house. We can refer you to a fantastic moving company for delivery.

LOCATION: The address will be released one hour prior to start time on the first sale day. The nearest major intersection is North Marietta Pkwy NE & Wallace Road. You are welcome to park there to wait for the address to be released on the first morning of the sale.

PARKING: We want to be courteous to neighbors; please park only on the side of the street indicated by parking signs and avoid blocking driveways and mailboxes.

RAFFLE: Upon arrival, you will find a sign-in sheet outside the home. Please sign in to reserve your place in line. You are welcome to leave after signing in; please return at least 15 minutes prior to the sale start time to participate in the raffle.
