The Basement is has lots of sharp items and some tight spaces - for that reason we ask that no one under the age of 16 to enter the basement. This is for the safety of everyone.

Enter at your own risk. The basement is filled with nails, saw blades, heavy items and the back room has some very uneven terrain. We ask that you be VERY careful in the basement and outside.

We accept Cash, Venmo, Paypal, Credit and Debit (with 3.5% surcharge).

We collect sales tax. Tax exempt must show credentials.

CASH IS ALWAYS PREFERRED.

Items purchased are AS-IS - no returns or refunds - all purchases are FINAL.

Please bring your own packing materials and bags.

Do not block driveways or mailboxes.

Please PARK on one side of the road - park with the flow of traffic.

We are not responsible for accidents of any sort. Please be careful and be aware of your surroundings. Enter at your own risk.

Bring help to load large items. All large items must be picked up by the end of the day on the last day of the estate sale.

This is a private residence. No public restrooms.

We will PRE-SALE big items and furniture. A deposit is required for pre-sales and we are available only two selected days prior to the sale. We will hold pre-sale items only until an hour after the sale as begun.

Pre-sales are only by appointment and you MUST communicate with us, the estate sale managers, beforehand! You will be asked to leave if you do not follow these rules.
