Items are sold in their current condition, and buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase. No guarantees or warranties on the items sold. Sales are generally on a first-come, first-served basis. Please look see our website for our clearly communicate the process, including pricing, staging, marketing, and post-sale options. Clients need to identify items for the sale, remove items not included, and provide a safe and clean environment. We accept cash & credit cards at our sales. Buyers are responsible for any damage to items or property caused by them or those they are responsible for. Pre-selling of items is not allowed. Buyers are responsible for removing their purchases, and items not removed within a specified time may be removed and stored at the buyer's expense. After the sale, unsold items can be auctioned, donated to charity, or disposed of, depending on their value and condition. Our contract outlines the responsibilities of both parties, including the commission structure, sale dates, and all other relevant details. Most importantly clients have the right to be treated with kindness, respect, and discretion, be informed of the process, ask questions, and expect that their items will be handled with care.
