Thank you for your interest in our estate sale. We want to make sure that everyone has a pleasant experience, so we kindly ask that you read and follow these terms and conditions:
Secure your spot in line by texting your First and last Name to 470-814-3425 by noon on Wednesday before the first sale date. Please note that you must be present when the doors open to retain your position; failure to do so will result in forfeiting your spot. For early arrivals not on the text list, manual additions will be made on the event day. If someone who arrived earlier than you is not on the list, their place in line will be given priority.
Bring your own tools and manpower: Please bring your own tools and helpers to remove furniture or furnishings from the estate sale. Our staff will not be able to assist you with moving or carrying items.
All furniture requires two or more people: The furniture available at the estate sale is made of solid wood and will require at least two people to move it. Please make sure to bring enough people with you to move any large items you may purchase.
Payment required before ownership: All furnishings must be paid for before taking ownership of them. We accept cash, cashier checks, Venmo, and major credit cards with ID verification. Please note that we do not accept personal checks. All major purchases (boats, vehicles, etc. $500+) must be secured via cash or cashier's check.
All furnishings sold as is: All furnishings sold as is and are non-refundable. We have done our best to accurately describe and photograph each item, but please be aware that all sales are final.
Do not block driveways: We kindly ask that you do not block driveways or park in front of fire hydrants during the estate sale. Please be respectful of our neighbors and their property.
