I will answer any questions related to any items-if I know the answer. Please don't ask for prices. Our client continues to tell us they want everything sold, and we priced things accordingly. That said, this is not a yard sale. It is an estate sale.
You will need to bring help to move larger items. We are unable to move things. We are three senior citizens. We will give out numbers an hour before opening each day.
Children are welcome at our sales. Lots of them. Children of today are shoppers of tomorrow, and we don't want to discourage them in any way. You don't even have to pick them up and carry them, as long as they are right with you.
Please bring bags and boxes to load your purchases. Large purses are discouraged.
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please be careful. Enter through the front door and pay in the garage.

Description & Details
History- the house and land belong to one of the earliest families in Henry County. Our client showed me the land grant from 1820 which gave her ancestors the land and it has been in this family since that time. (Henry County was created in 1821) The family currently occupying a nearby house is the 7th generation on the land. No, they are not selling the land-just the contents of the house. There are several very old pieces for sale.
Good taste- The couple who lived here decorated the house nicely and entertained regularly. Lots of high end items. Vintage women's clothes. Items to entertain with. But plenty of regulary household items, also. Our client and her family chose the items they wanted and have told us they don't want anything that is in the house currently, so we have tried to price accordingly. Some very unique items. Expect below retail prices, but not yard sale pricing;
