1. All Sales Final
All items are sold as-is, where-is. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.

2. Condition of Items
Many items offered are vintage, antique, or previously owned and may show age-related wear, imperfections, repairs, or patina. These characteristics are considered part of their authenticity and history.

3. Payment Methods
We accept cash and approved electronic payment methods. Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal accepted. NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

4. Holding Items
Items cannot be held without payment unless otherwise agreed upon. Paid items must be picked up within the agreed timeframe.

5. Pricing & Discounts
Prices are firm unless otherwise announced. Any discounts or special pricing will be clearly stated and apply only during the specified time period.

6. Item Removal
Buyers are responsible for removing purchased items. Please bring appropriate help, tools, and transportation for large or heavy items. We are not responsible for damage occurring during removal.

7. Liability & Safety Notice:
By entering this sale, all shoppers acknowledge and agree that they are on the premises at their own risk. North Georgia Pickers, its staff, and the property owner assume no responsibility or liability for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses of any kind, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, or damage to personal property. Due to the nature of vintage items and sale environments, conditions may include tight spaces, uneven surfaces, and breakable merchandise. Please use caution at all times and supervise children closely.

8. Authenticity
We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and represent items. Buyers are encouraged to rely on their own knowledge and inspection when making a purchase.

9. Right to Refuse Service
North Georgia Pickers reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason consistent with applicable laws

10. Loading & Removal of Items:
All items must be removed by the purchaser. North Georgia Pickers and staff are unable to assist with lifting, carrying, or loading purchases. Please bring adequate help, tools, and transportation for large or heavy items. Any items not removed within the stated pickup time may be forfeited unless prior arrangements have been made

11. Removal of Purchases:
All items purchased must be removed from the premises no later than Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Buyers are responsible for removing their purchases within this timeframe. Any items not removed by the stated deadline may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made with North Georgia Pickers.
