We accept Cash, Credit Cards and Debit Cards. There is a 3% convenience fee for all card purchases. We do not accept checks.
Unless otherwise noted, there will not be assistance in moving or transporting large/heavy items. Please bring a truck and help with you.
All items are sold "as is". No refunds or returns will be accpeted. Please test all items prior to purchasing.
We may limit the amount of shoppers inside the home at any given time. First come, first served.
Please do not block driveways within the neighborhood. Be mindful of where you park.
All items must be picked up prior to the end of the estate sale. We will "hold" an item only if it has been paid for.

Join us in Rome this October for the sale of the year! The granddaddy of estate sales is happening in Rome at a beautiful home on 35 acres with multiple outside buildings. Some of the highlights include three vehicles - pickup truck, SUV and sports car (all running and registered), riding zero turn mower, tractor w/ attachments, three boats on trailers, car hauler (trailer), two person paddle boat, utility trailer, heavy duty tools, power tools, loose tools, rocking chairs and that is just on the outside of the property and buildings! Inside the home is packed with antiques and collectibles such as Hummel figurines, depression glass, vintage Disney vinyl records including multiple Uncle Remus copies, major appliances, silver, cast iron, vintage clothing, 200 year old pump organ with original paperwork, antique couch, vintage toys and so much more!!! This is going to be an amazing sale over the course of four days. Join us in Rome Thursday, October 16th thru Sunday, October 19th. We will be doing a photo shoot in early September.
