* We accept cash, credit/debit card/tap pay (3% fee added for charge cards)
*Phone orders will be 5% processing fee
* DOORS OPEN FRIDAY AT 9AM
* WE CLOSE AT 4PM
* NO EARLY ENTRY PERMITTED!
* Bring help for loading items if needed.
* Bring tools as several items are attached and will need to be removed.
* All items must be removed the day of sale unless special arrangements have been made.
* PHOTOS WILL BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO THE SALE,

*You must arrange for the moving, loading and delivery of your items.

*Please do not block driveways, roads, mailboxes or fire hydrants. The driveway of the residence is for loading of items only.
*Coordinate with a staff member prior to using driveway to load items.

*We offer holding table/shelves when there is room to do so; however, we are not responsible for items that may be removed from the holding area while you are shopping. We reserve the right to ask you to pay for items in the holding area as placing an item(s) on the holding area is a commitment by you to buy item(s).
*We have the right to refuse the sale of any item due to missing price sticker, sticker swapping or an item that may have been mispriced.
*You break it, you’ve bought it.
