All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Please review available photographs, descriptions, measurements and condition information carefully before purchasing. All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
McHenry Home Sales makes every reasonable effort to accurately describe merchandise, including condition, measurements, maker and other identifying information when available. Photographs are considered part of the item description. Because most estate-sale merchandise is previously owned, normal signs of age, wear and use should be expected.
PAYMENT & PURCHASES
Items are not considered sold until payment has been completed. Merchandise may not be removed from the property until paid in full.
PICKUP & REMOVAL
All purchases must be removed during the designated sale or pickup period unless prior arrangements have been approved.
Buyers are responsible for bringing appropriate help, tools, packing materials and a vehicle suitable for their purchases. McHenry Home Sales staff may be unable to assist with lifting, moving or loading.
Large, heavy or oversized items must be removed safely and without damage to the home or property. Please plan accordingly before purchasing furniture or other large items.
UNCLAIMED PURCHASES
Purchases not removed within the designated pickup period may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been approved. Abandoned merchandise may be resold, donated or otherwise disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
SHOPPING & PROPERTY
Please respect the home, neighboring properties, parking instructions and all posted sale guidelines.
Shoppers and buyers are responsible for damage they cause while handling or removing merchandise. McHenry Home Sales and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, theft or damage to personal property while attending a sale or during pickup and removal.
ERRORS & CHANGES
McHenry Home Sales reserves the right to correct errors in descriptions, measurements, pricing or advertising and to withdraw an item from sale when necessary.
By attending a McHenry Home Sales event or purchasing merchandise, shoppers and buyers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
