Property is under 24 hour surveillance. Security is onsite prior, overnight and during the sale!

Pictures are taken throughout the set up process... items may be moved from their original position as seen in the photos.

We have staff onsite to help move and load furniture onsite. Delivery may be available for a minimal fee. Delivery will be contactless and delivered to driveway or garage.

We reserve the right to limit the amount of people in the home.

All sales are final. NO RETURNS,EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. No presales or phone holds... our hold table is secure behind check out and for shoppers. All items must be paid for before leaving. Any large item purchases must be paid for and pick up prior to 3pm on the last day of the sale.
