FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE WE ARE HAPPY TO SELL OVER THE PHONE on BUY IT NOW ITEMS. MARK IT SOLD (with a small deposit) SO YOU CAN PICK UP YOUR ITEMS AND DON'T MISS OUT.

Payment: Cash, Venmo and Credit Card with a 3% service fee
Moving: It is encouraged for customers to bring help to move large items, ESLC ,not have extra help to move items outside. Special pick ups can be arranged.
Family Removal of Items: In rare circumstances the client, their family, or a legal representative withdraws advertised items before the sale opens please understand this is uncommon and beyond our control. Whenever possible we update the pictures and description to reflect the withdrawal.
Children: All Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No strollers please
Restrooms: Due to the nature of this being a private home, there are no public restrooms.
All Sales Final: Please check your items before getting to the cashier, there are no refunds or exchanges.
Parking: Please abide by all parking signs on the streets in our neighborhoods. Please park on the house side of the street unless otherwise directed by signage to insure that emergency vehicles can pass. Please insure you are not blocking a driveway, mail box, or garbage can if they are out. Parking in the driveway is prohibited, it is only for pick ups.

The Address is 24 Shellwind but you will need to be on the list to enter the Landings.
Pull up to the black box, hit the ringer, they will answer, you give them your name and tell them you are here for the estate sale.
