Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No strollers please
No large bags, if you pull a ticket you must buy it.
Restrooms: Due to the nature of this being a private home, there are no public restrooms.
All Sales Final: Please check your items before getting to the cashier, there are no refunds or exchanges.
Parking: Please abide by all parking signs on the streets in our neighborhoods. Please park on the house side of the street unless otherwise directed by signage to insure that emergency vehicles can pass. Please insure you are not blocking a driveway, mail box, or garbage can if they are out. Parking in the driveway is prohibited, it is only for pick ups.

Due to this sale being in the Landings (a gated Community) it will be by appointment only for non Landings residents.
Appointments for Thursday need to be made before 5pm on Wednesday night to be submitted, and before 5pm on Thursday for Friday. You are allowed to bring others in the same car (must be in same vehicle) this is in a culdesac so parking will be monitored.
You can sign up for the Landings sale at our TYBEE sale this weekend or call 847-542-2959, or text the same. First and Last name, email address should be included in the text, how many people and their names, lets not forget the time.
