Estate Sale Terms & Conditions

By entering the property or purchasing merchandise at a wRight Estate & Liquidation Sales event, you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final
All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits.
2. Payment
We accept approved forms of payment posted at each sale. Payment must be made in full before merchandise is removed from the property.
3. Pricing & Discounts
Prices are determined by wRight Estate & Liquidation Sales. Discounts, if offered, will be announced or posted during the sale. Prices and discounts may be changed at our discretion.
4. No Holds Without Payment
Items will not be considered sold or reserved until payment has been received. Paid items must be picked up within the agreed-upon timeframe.
5. Removal of Purchases
Buyers are responsible for loading, moving, transporting, and securing their purchases. Please bring appropriate help, tools, vehicles, packing materials, and equipment for large or heavy items. Our staff may be unable to assist with moving or loading.
6. Property Damage
Buyers are responsible for damage they cause to the home, property, landscaping, fixtures, or other merchandise while removing purchases.
7. Personal Safety
Please use caution while attending the sale. There may be stairs, uneven surfaces, tight spaces, heavy merchandise, or other normal household conditions. Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult.
8. Entry & Conduct
wRight Estate & Liquidation Sales reserves the right to control the number of people entering the property and to refuse service or require anyone to leave for disruptive, threatening, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
9. Do Not Enter Restricted Areas
Customers may enter only areas designated as part of the sale. Closed, locked, taped-off, or otherwise restricted areas are OFF LIMITS.
10. Items May Be Removed From the Sale
Occasionally, an item may be removed from the sale before purchase due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to withdraw merchandise from sale when necessary.
11. Descriptions & Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe merchandise, but descriptions, measurements, dates, makers, materials, condition assessments, and other information are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for examining items and making their own purchasing decisions.
12. Valuables & Personal Property
Please respect the home and its contents. Removing, concealing, switching price tags, or damaging merchandise is prohibited.
13. Pickup Deadline
Unless other arrangements are approved by wRight Estate & Liquidation Sales, all purchases must be removed by the stated pickup deadline. Items left behind may be considered abandoned, subject to applicable law and any written agreement with the buyer.
14. Announcements Take Priority
Terms, procedures, pricing, pickup requirements, and other information announced or posted at the individual sale may supplement these standard terms.
