This is one of two sales we are hosting on this date. Please visit both homes. --This lovely Cape Cod 'house on the hill' in Smoke Rise is just beautiful! This piece of property is a gem within a neighborhood. The home is located on almost two acres and is currently on the market. It contains an abundance of primitive, early american, colonial, farmhouse, country, rustic americana, and shaker type items inside that you do not want to miss out on. There is furniture of all kinds - antiques, MCM and more. Formal Living Room sets, Dining Room, Chests of Drawers, Dressers, Beds, Bed Frames, Glassware, Tchotchkes, Clothes and more. Please visit this ad frequently for any changes/additions to the photos, etc. Take this opportunity to view this lovely home with heart pine flooring, and more character than you can shake a stick at. - Furniture - Antiques, Living/Dining room, beds, bed frames, two loveseats in formal living room, end tables, desks - one traditional and one MCM desk, kitchen table is a vintage "canning" table. The chairs around the table are very eclectic as far as not being "matchy-matchy" at all. A couple of them are exactly alike, and then there are others of different style. They looked fabulous around this unique/vintage table. The bed frames are in different areas of home. Some in basement, some upstairs. All sizes. MCM chairs and foot stools, a folding base for a table but the glass top is missing but would be a very simple fix. This small folding table base is just awesome! Wicker baby bassinet, rocking chair, foot stool with storage, metal filing cabinet, old wooden bench with storage
- Rugs throughout the home in several different sizes
- Lamps of all shapes and sizes. MCM, Wooden, brass, glass, hanging lights, a very cool kitchen lamp made from a vintage glass milk jar, Hanging macrame two-tiered lamp/plant holder
- Lava lamps
- Artwork - some artwork still adorns the walls. There are wooden specialty pieces of art, oil prints, watercolors, needlepoint, metal MCM Tennis wall art, and various other items such as candle holders & vintage tools hanging on the walls as well. (Keep your eyes on the walls so as not to miss anything.)
- Mirrors - oval, round, square, rectangle. All sizes can be found
- Hanging spoon cabinet for the smaller collectible spoons
- Glassware - various patterns of glassware in kitchen area
- Nesting glass ashtrays. Three different sizes
- China - everyday china and formal china, and various asian pieces sprinkled throughout the home

Vintage Playskool wooden puzzles that will take some of you right down memory lane. There are a couple of them with missing pieces, but what a collection regardless! Dolls of all shapes and sizes, lunchboxes, handmade large wooden doll house that opens from the front. All accessories are included. Various board games plus so much more.
- Christmas & Halloween decorations are in abundance. Some vintage, some newer pieces. Pre-lit Christmas tree in the box. Garland, lights, glass christmas balls for the tree, plus much, much more.
- Exercise equipment - a weight bench and also a treadmill
- Macrame wall hanging as well as a tub of supplies to create new macrame items. Various other crafting tubs full of different items such as yarn, pens/pencils/crayons
- Purses - handmade, leather, crocheted, vinyl, cross body, handbags, and more
- Vintage painted trays
- Handmade quilts
- Various souvenirs from travels. A table full of these items.
- Mini fridge
- Washer/Dryer - Kenmore brand
- Books galore! They cover the shelves in the office, and various other places throughout the home, A box full of National Geographic magazines in an old vintage wooden box (sold separately of course)
