TO ATTEND, YOU MUST:
1 - REQUIRED -- Text your first and last name to 470.370.0348 "PRIOR TO ARRIVAL" at the guard shack located at 5355 Laurel Oak Drive.
2 - A current driver's license will be required to enter the Laurel Springs subdivision.
3 - If you arrive prior to providing your name to us via text, you will be asked to move aside until you have texted your name for entry.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT:
Cash, Credit Card and Venmo.
There is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments.
SALE DETAILS:
~ No pricing or pre-selling prior to the start of the sale.
~ A 3% surcharge will be added to credit card purchases.
~ A 7% sales tax will be applied to each purchase made.
~ Tax-exempt buyers must provide a current tax-exempt certificate at the time of purchase.
~ All items are sold as is; and all sales are final.
~ Please bring sufficient help to safely move and load your items - as we will not be offering assistance to move/load items.
