All items in photos will be available at opening of sale on first day.
One entrance in - one checkout exit at carport - rear door. Entrance will be at front door. Holding area near checkout. PLEASE FOLLOW SIGNAGE INSTRUCTIONS! We prepare numerous "bundle boxes". Please refrain from removing items or adding items to bundles.
THERE WILL BE NO LOADING ASSISTANCE. Please bring loading help. We have hand trucks and dollies just no muscles!
We accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp and credit/debit cards (+5% fee).
All items sold as is where is without warranty or guarantee. Neither owner nor host is responsible for accidents or injuries.
