It is imperative that you WATCH YOUR STEP while walking in the yard, entering and exiting the house, and while inside the home. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS! Neither the homeowner or estate sale hosts will accept liability for accidents so PLEASE WATCH YOUR STEP! DO NOT PARK ON E MAIN ST! Street parking on side roads only. We are not responsible if you are ticketed or towed. Not all items at the property are for sale and will be marked "SOLD" per the homeowner. However 95% + is available! Be sure to pay attention to signage and we look forward to seeing you there!
