It is imperative that you WATCH YOUR STEP while walking in the yard, entering and exiting the house, and while inside the home. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS! Neither the homeowner or estate sale hosts will accept liability for accidents so PLEASE WATCH YOUR STEP! DO NOT PARK ON E MAIN ST! Street parking on side roads only. We are not responsible if you are ticketed or towed. Not all items at the property are for sale and will be marked "SOLD" or "NOT FOR SALE (NFS)" per the homeowner. However 98% + is available! The gate will be closed and locked until 9am, do not attempt to enter the yard until we open the gate! Be sure to pay attention to signage and we look forward to seeing you there!
