The driveway is treacherous in places and we hold no liability to any damage / injury to you or your vehicle. The road that will get you here the quickest is closed due to a flooded out bridge, Google maps is aware so please follow GPS. Look forward to seeing you there!

DO NOT ENTER THE FRONT DOOR OF THE HOME!!! It will be roped off and signs will direct you where to go. DO NOT cross any of the ropes!

**Due to a massive response to our listings, only 25 people / couples will be allowed in the sale area at a time to shop. If there is something you see that you want, get there early! This rule will more than likely relax in the afternoons each day and as the sale progresses.**
