Each lot will begin closing on March 14th at 7:00 PM.
Payment must be made using a CC or Debit Card.
Payment must be processed by the payment deadline within 72 hours after the close of an auction.
Additional charges will appear on your invoice. A 18% Buyer's Premium will be added to the winning bid for auctions and along with sales tax.
Customers MUST pay for the online estate property before pickup. The pickup date is March 16th in Tucker, GA. (Exact Location details will be provided to all winning bidders who select local pickup).
Customers who have not paid within 72 hours after the auction has ended will not have any claim to the property and the property may be resold or donated. Property that has been paid for but is not picked up by the end of the pick-up period (72 hours) will be considered abandoned and subject to no refund.
Shipping is available and through Live Shipping.
Customers MUST pay for the online estate property before pickup or shipment is made. The pickup date is scheduled for Saturday, March 16th in Tucker, GA. (Exact Location details will be provided to all winning bidders who select local pickup).
Bidders MUST be prepared to lift, carry, and load purchases in their vehicle.
Bring your help and friends; you will need to place your items in your vehicle. The team at Compassionate Transition is not authorized to assist in the moving, lifting, or loading of items.
