�� Payment Options:
• Preferred: Cash
• Venmo, Cash App, Zelle accepted
• Credit/debit cards accepted with a 3% processing fee plus .30c per transaction

�� Item Pickup & Hauling:
• Buyers are responsible for moving and loading all items — large or small
• Please bring your own tools and loading help
• Staff is not permitted to assist with lifting or hauling
• All purchased items must be removed no later than the final day of the sale (Saturday , June 7 by 3:00 PM)
• No delivery service is available

�� Liability & Safety:
• Not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage during the sale or while removing items
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Please be respectful of property, landscaping, and other shoppers

�� Sales Policy:
• All sales are final – no refunds, exchanges, or returns
• Items are sold as-is, where-is with no warranties implied or expressed
• Paid items cannot be held past the last sale dayimplied or expressed
• Paid items shipping request is at the cost of the Buyer, onsite pickup is FREE

• Entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis
• Early line-up is allowed
• No large bags or purses allowed inside – implied or expressed
• Boxes or shopping bags as available (limited)
