Join us for a fantastic estate sale at the locally famous Berry Patch Farm. A well-known Cherokee County Landmark. The sale includes rustic finds, farm equipment, vehicles, tools and tons of unique treasures all to be  available  

This is a truly unique farm sale! We have a lot to offer at this one folks. There are some fablous primitives and collectables. There are 2 main bulidings on this 50-acre referred acre property. The first building, referred to as the "Barn" (really more like a rustic cabin with a vaulted ceiling) that hosts some really interesting finds.

We have an early 20th Century barber chair, antique telephone, an antique two-seat shoe shining station, oversized spinning wheel, huge authentic 96 Olympic banner 10 feet in length, a canoe made into a shelf, primitive tables and cabinets galore, vintage signs of every variety including soda, automotive and other antique advertising, vintage stop light, oil lamps, vintage scales, authentic railroad lanterns and bell, dozens of copper and iron primitives, lots of unique artwork, several sets of china, endless kitchen and glassware.

Clocks, collectables, you name it, we have it at this sale! The barn also offers a huge loft upstairs that has a pool table, air hocky, entertainment area with electronics and movies, etc, lots of cabinets and side tables, Christmas collection, games, toys, books and much more! There is also a garage at the barn with lots of tools.

There are two carport structures loaded with all kinds of tools needed for running a farm, a golf cart

The "cabin" which is the second building on the property and is loaded with great finds as well has a great selection of furniture, clothing, washer/dryer, vintage toys, lots in the kitchen and more holiday.

- 2000 Yellow Jeep Wrangler, 4x4, 4cyl, 5spd, 220k miles, good condition with lots of accessories including front brush guard, fog lights and a winch. Very clean for the year. Looks, runs and drives great! asking $6,500.
