This is a LIVING ESTATE/MOVING sale at beautiful home in Hickory Hills. This is the second sale and everything must go this weekend. Please don't hesitate to make a reasonable offer. Sale includes household furniture, pictures, small kitchen appliances, decorative items, Christmas items, patio furniture and miscellaneous. All merchandise is sold "AS IS" with no expressed or written guarantee or warranty. Please inspect items prior to purchase, refunds or exchanges will not be given once merchandise has been purchased. Boxes and paper will be available for packing small items. Please bring assistance to load furniture and other large items, help will not be available at the sale. Parents, please keep children with you at all times, you will be responsible for breakage. There is a long driveway, please do not pull in driveway unless letting a passenger out, it is for loading large items and furniture. Parking will be on the street, please park on the same side as the sidewalk. Please do not block mailboxes or neighbor driveways . Please enter through main entrance.
