We absolutely want you to have a great time at our sale. But please remember all sales are final. We accept CASH, CHECKS ($35.00 for NSF) and credit cards. Come prepared to take your items home the same day. We do not provide heavy lifting so bring your own helpers for lifting and transporting items from the sale. Shadetree Partners and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents while you're on the property. BE CAREFUL. When parking please make sure that you are not blocking driveways or the flow of safe traffic. We do our best to provide boxes, bags and paper but often run out. So be safe and bring your own. And yes, we do charge sales tax. It's the law. Thanks in advance for coming out.

This Sale is a Picker’s Paradise!
Come ready to dig, look, and find some treasures! This sale will operate a little differently from our typical Shadetree Estate Sale. Due to the amount of preparation needed in the home, not every item will be individually priced before the doors open.
Don’t let that stop you from shopping! We will have plenty of team members available throughout the home to give you a price on anything you’re interested in. This is a ONE-DAY SALE, and our goal is to price items fairly and find them a new home!
A quick note before you shop: This was a home with multiple indoor pets. While our team has worked hard preparing the home for the sale, shoppers who are sensitive to pet hair, dander, or pet-related odors should keep that in mind before attending.
