If you bring your own shopping bag, we will check your bag at checkout, or before you leave. Property and contents are protected by a security system (alarms and cameras). Please do not even consider stealing, as it directly impacts the clients we serve (and it’s just WRONG ).
Items are priced, fairly. We also have a bid box where you can put bids in on items (if you want to take your chance that the item will not sell at full price & your bid will be accepted. Your bid can NOT be below 50% off).
On Sunday (during sale hours), remaining items will be 50% (with a few exceptions being 25% off).
On Monday, remaining items will need to be cleared, so come in (during advertised hours) and make offers on what is left!
*We reserve the right to add or delete items prior to sale time.
*Please bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor, out-building or lawn area. Large items can be held for later pickup if necessary, once they are paid for.
Buyers must arrange for packing, loading and transportation of purchases.
Cash and Credit card payments accepted. Local checks may be accepted at the discretion of Settled Transition & Estate Services. Cash preferred. We do charge a credit card processing fee on all cc purchases.

Welcome to the Richard & Jan Marricle Estate! This is one of our biggest sales yet, and it’s FULL of amazing things! Come take a step into the beautiful life of the Marricles! In their estate you’ll see their love of Texas & ranch life as showcased in the artwork, decor, and books from their years of being Texans. (There's also plenty of items showcasing their love of the Midwest). Pick up a Frederic Remington Bronze or a signed piece of “western”‘artwork!
Sports fans… they were Cowboys fans too!
The Marricles loved the “finer things” in life & loved to entertain. You’ll also see that Jan had a deep love for the Arts. As a very talented artist herself, and as a collector of art, you’ll find beautiful paintings, pottery, needlepoint, quilts and art supplies. (I am obsessed with the needlepoint pillows!) Jan also loved decorating for Christmas …so you will find decor, ornaments, and floral & wreath making supplies galore (you could buy enough supplies to make everyone you know a Christmas wreath)! If you are an artist or crafter, don’t miss this sale! Highlights also include quality kitchenwares & home-goods, electronics, men’s and women’s clothing (some beautiful vintage too), gorgeous furniture, iron patio furniture, a sleep number adjustable split king bed, a Bruno elite stairlift (less than 3 months old), sewing supplies (the toy singer machines are the perfect collectible), tools, gorgeous garden pots and yard supplies, a dog crate and new dog supplies, brand new un-opened toiletries, shelving units, storage units, antique trunks, the coolest pair of cowgirl boots I’ve ever seen & so much more!
