2. Even though we try to inspect and test everything before the sale there are times that we may have missed something so PLEASE inspect all items prior to purchasing as All Sales are "FINAL" and "AS IS".
3. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
4. As much as we would love to assist you in moving your items you MUST bring help to move and load your items. A scheduled time can be arranged to pick up items at a later date/time. WE CANNOT HELP LOAD ANY ITEMS.
5. We encourage everyone to please bring bags and boxes for packing.
6. We would appreciate no large bags, backpacks or other large carrying items in the sale, you may be asked to open these bags prior to exiting the sale.
7. We, nor the homeowner are NOT responsible for accidents or damages of any kind.
8. You break it, you buy it. As much as we love children we are asking that if you need to bring your children that you please keep them close and hold hands if necessary. No running, no playing, etc. There are items that are fragile and our policy is YOU BREAK IT YOU BUY IT!
