Welcome to Inveterate Company Auctions. By participating in our auctions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Registration with accurate personal information is required to bid.
Bidding Process: All bids are final and binding. The highest bidder at the close of the auction wins the item, subject to meeting any reserve price. Inveterate Company Auctions reserves the right to reject or cancel any bid at our discretion.
Item Descriptions: Items are sold ?as is,? with descriptions provided to the best of our knowledge. We encourage buyers to review all details, photos, and conditions prior to bidding. Inveterate Company Auctions is not responsible for errors or omissions in listings.
Payment: Payment must adhere to our Payment Policy. Full payment is due within 72 hours of the auction?s close. Non-payment may result in forfeiture of the item and account suspension.
Shipping and Pickup: Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Items must be picked up or shipping arranged within 7 days of payment confirmation, or storage fees may apply. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment or pickup.
Returns: All sales are final except in cases of gross misrepresentation, subject to our review and approval. Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receipt, with the item returned in its original condition.
Liability: Inveterate Company Auctions is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of purchased items. We are also not responsible for technical issues, delays, or interruptions during the auction process.
Disputes: Any disputes arising from participation in our auctions will be governed by the laws of [insert state/country], and resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
