.Single Entry and Exit will be observed, and Sanitizer available upon check-out and entrance. Please bring help to load large items.
We accept cash and all major credit cards; sales tax will be added along with a 3% service fee. We do not accept checks. We are licensed with the State of Idaho and will be collecting sales tax. Re-sellers need to provide a copy of their State of Idaho re-seller permit.
Please make sure you are happy with your item/s and have examined them before purchasing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
Please watch your footing, as thresholds, stairs and flooring can be uneven in the home and grounds. Estate Consulting Treasure Valley nor the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents or personal damage.
