Welcome to Simply Clear Out Estate Sales. By attending and participating in our sales, you agree to the following guidelines:
Cash, Debit, and Credit Cards accepted. No personal checks. There is a 3% Fee collected for credit card purchases.
All Sales Are Final. All items are sold “AS IS”—no warranties or guarantees.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.
If an item is not priced, the cashier will set the price at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse to sell any item at our discretion.
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries before, during, or after the sale. Please shop carefully and be aware of your surroundings.
We do not move or load purchased items—bring your own help for lifting and transport.
Be respectful of the homeowner’s and neighbors’ property. Do not block driveways or park on grass.
Park only in designated or legal parking areas.

**We will only allow 20 people in the home at a time** No Bathrooms. No large bags will be allowed inside.
**Watch list will be honored. Person must stay with the list at all times. Please don’t tape the list to the home (as this can cause damage).**
No pre-sales or pricing. The family has the right to remove items from sale up to the sale.
