Please have help to pack and carry your items including tools and muscle to disassemble and transport safely to your vehicle. We CANNOT help lift/carry.

Purchased furniture needs to be removed that day from the estate.

We reserve the right to charge correct pricing on items in which tags/stickers have been removed, altered or changed.

Neither the homeowner, nor Mary's Estate Sales, who is conducting the estate sale, are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending this estate sale, you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability.
