Sale will have a standard opening on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 11 and 12.
HOWEVER, all items are subject to sale on Monday, March 10 via special appointments.

We accept cash, check or card (3.5% surcharge with a minimum fee of .40).
This is not an auction. All items are tag priced in advance.

Please bring help to load items. We want to supervise removal of items from the house but are unable to help. Easy load-out of large items. Packing supplies and containers are recommended.

Sale generally open Tuesday, March 11 and Wednesday, March 12.  Parking limited to on-street only. No appointments necessary.  Please observe no parking signs.  Spaces 9 and 10 can be used for loading purposes.

Please enter via the back door.  Stairs are a must at this sale!  Watch for signs.  Please observe no parking areas.

Take a look at how the owners blended modern decor inside this historic condo on the near north end of downtown Bloomington.  Exposed brick walls highlight the original oil paintings from a local Bloomington amateur artist and provide a great setting for this modern household.  Everything to sell and the owners said it all has to go.  Thus, pricing is very customer friendly.  Pet free and smoke free.  Please, no animals in the house.
