We accept cash, check, or credit and debit cards. Please bring help to load furniture. All prices are firm on the first day. Second day we open at 25% off. You are also able to leave offers and will be contacted if you have made the best offer.

The drive is for pick up and drop off only. Please do not block driveways.

We honor the street numbering and request you remain on site after signing up. A sign up sheet will be provided at the front door at 4:00 PM 5/02/25
We will be unable to accommodate strollers in the home.

We will be limiting the number of shoppers in the home, please plan accordingly. A maximum of 5 shoppers in the jewelry room.

There will be no early sales.

You must provide your own moving help! Please make arrangements if planning to make large purchases
