This is not an auction. All items are tag priced in advance, but we do not provide prices beforehand via phone or email.
All advertised items are available at opening. Therefore, we do not do presales.
Please bring help to load items. We want to supervise removal of items from the house but are unable to help.
Packing supplies and containers are recommended.
This is a white-carpet house, so we will be using protective floor coverings. Please help keep the home neat and clean!
We accept bids on items over $30. If you bid 55% or higher of the asking price, your bid will be considered Friday evening.
Saturday is half-price.
Bids less than 50% of the asking price will be considered Saturday afternoon.
Wait list out two hours prior to opening. You may sign, leave, and return 10 minutes prior to opening time. We may restrict the number of people in the house for safety purposes. This will be indicated on the wait list and on-site instructions.

This sale is to settle the estate of a couple who lived in the home close to 50 years - and they saved everything.
150 pictures loaded - with more to come! We unloaded the closets and storage areas to discover lots of great items that we've placed into every square inch available in the home.
Ultra nice, clean home on the near East side of Bloomington, Illinois. Two floors - everything will be price tagged and available for sale. Sale opens at 3 pm. Wait list sheet posted at 1 pm. You may sign and leave. Return and join the line at 2:50 pm. We may have to restrict the number of people in the home.
Nice combination of modern and antique. Some primitives. This sale has something for everyone.
