A sign up sheet on site will be used for entry.
Any items that do not have price stickers will be priced/negotiated at the time of sale.
No large bags are permitted.
We are NOT responsible for any accidents or injures while on the property or with lifting any items.
Buyer is solely responsible for lifting and removing any heavy items. Please bring all necessary tools, helpers and vehicle to remove purchased items. All purchased items must be removed before the end time on the final day of the sale.
