Description & Details

Two multi disciplinary artists. Their home was as in equal parts art studio, music studio, and living gallery. They were makers, thinkers, collectors—and also students, intellectuals, surfers, coffee shop owners, tequila bar moguls, community space builders, and reinvention specialists. Think active in their community, open-hearted, endlessly creative, and no longer willing to be tied down by their belongings.

Analog gear and experimental instruments. Punk records and architecture books. Brutalist furniture next to World Market finds, with lots of CB2 and some collectible 1970s IKEA in the mix. Original art on every wall, one of a kind rugs on every floor, and stories behind every piece.

STUDIO
Guitar pedals including Ernie Ball, Arena, Voodoo, and a  Bad Stone phase shifter. Vocal effects from TC Helicon, an Arturia Microbrute analog synth, microphones and stands, acoustic and electric guitars by Guild, Ibenez, Fender, Fender amps, a Dean bass, a TEAC A-1500 reel-to-reel in perfect condition, Allen & Heath MixWizard 14:4:2, and a Peavey equalizer. Speakers, a patch bay, Analog Delay 680. The list goes on and on. Just come look.

Plus one-of-a-kind instruments by artist/ found item instrument maker Tim Kaiser, and a vintage Pianorgan for some analog charm.

VINYL
Punk, post-punk, noise, 1980s,

BOOKS
Art, sound, architecture, philosophy, photography, literature. Oh, and a great big comic book collection.
