1. SIGN UP SHEET
Only the physical sign-up sheet posted by Eclectic Three Estate Sales will be honored. The sheet will be taped to or near the front door no later than 8 AM each morning of the sale.

2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Customers are purchasing items from our client, NOT Eclectic Three Estate Sales. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no guarantees, warranties, refunds, or exchanges. Customers are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. We are not responsible for items left behind.

3. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
We accept:
Cash ￭ Card ￭ Apple Pay ￭ Zelle
A 4.5% processing fee applies to all orders paid via credit card.

4. PRICES, ITEM DETAILS, AND PRE SALES
We do not provide pricing or item details prior to the sale. We do not offer pre-sales.

5. RESPECT AND CONDUCT
Verbal or physical disputes, aggressive behavior, or disrespectful comments toward our team or fellow shoppers will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any customer and or item from the sale at our discretion.

6. ADMITTANCE
We reserve the right to refuse customer entry for any reason at any time.

7. MOVING LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS
Customers are responsible for bringing their own help, tools, and equipment to safely remove large or heavy items without damaging the client’s property.
If proper help is not present, we reserve the right to delay or prevent removal of any item until appropriate assistance is provided.
Our team cannot assist with moving or loading items.

8. ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES
No public restrooms.
No large bags.
No outside food or drinks.

9. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK
You assume all risk for slips, falls, injuries, or damage to yourself, others, or the property. Eclectic Three Estate Sales and their clients are not liable for any such incidents. By entering the property, you agree to these terms and consent to being photographed or videotaped.
