Cash accepted and preferred.
Major credit cards accepted through Square. A 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
No checks, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or other electronic payment methods accepted.
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied.
Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.
Bring help, tools, and appropriate vehicles for loading large or heavy items.
Purchasers are responsible for loading and transporting their purchases.
Large items must be removed during sale hours unless prior arrangements have been made.
Not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to persons, vehicles, or property while attending the sale.
Please be courteous to neighbors and do not block driveways, mailboxes, or roadways.
Entry may be limited or controlled at opening for safety and crowd management.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
No public restroom available.
Children must remain with an adult at all times.
