Soft Close: The auction program has a soft close feature designed to stagger the close of each lot by 10 seconds. However, if a bid is received within 2 minutes from the closing time, that particular lot is extended an additional 2 minutes. This action will repeat itself until bidding has ceased for at least 2 minutes.
Registration: You must register online to bid in this auction. Follow the simple steps on the auction site to register.
Auction Terms and Conditions: All items are sold AS IS with no guarantees, warranties, or representations expressed or implied. Not responsible for errors, omissions, or accidents. All sales are final. Please inspect the item and ask questions before you bid. Announcements day of sale take precedence over printed and digital materials. By submitting a bid, you understand that your bid is a binding contract between you and 23rd Estate Co. You further agree to pay all fees associated with the purchase price (if applicable). For internet-based auctions, we reserve the right to cancel or reopen the auction in the event of a system failure.
Shipping: We do not offer shipping.
Payment: Payment is due at or before pickup from the close of the auction. We accept cash, and credit/ debit card. The card on file charged for the hammer price and Buyer's premium. Cash payments are due at the time of pickup. There is a 15% buyer premium.
Checkout/Pickup Dates: Friday 7/10 1-5:30 or 7/11 9-12. If you can't pick up during these times, call Auctioneer at 217-390-1896 prior to bidding to make arrangements.
Failure to Pay: Failure to retrieve and pay for your items after July 31 will result in your forfeiture or claim on said items, and these items will be resold unless you make prior arrangements with the Auctioneer.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or sale.
